The following steps for the booking process go as follows: 1. Submit a form with your information, along with a short questionnaire, so we can get a better understanding of your brand and the problems you need solved. 2. You'll then receive a personalized short strategy video where we go over how we would help your organization. 3. We'll then schedule a call via email to go over any questions or concerns you may have about our services. 4. We'll create a proposal based on the information you provided that will outline project dates, completion process, and total investment 5. We'll ask you to review and sign the project agreement 6. We'll send a project invoice and request the payment minimum of 50% of the service total, that will act as a non-refundable retainer.

Turnaround time depends on the project. Standard highlight reels typically take 3–5 days, while larger campaigns may take longer. We also offer rush delivery if needed. For short-form videos, like clips from games, there is a turnaround of 24-48 hours after the event.

Yes. We primarily serve the DMV area, but we’re available for travel if the project requires it.

Ideally 3-14 days minimum before an event, but we also handle last-minute projects if our schedule allows
