The following steps for the booking process go as follows: Submit a form with your information, along with a short questionnaire, so we can get a better understanding of your brand and the problems you need solved. You'll then receive a personalized short strategy video where we go over how we would help your organization. We'll then schedule a call via email to go over any questions or concerns you may have about our services. We'll create a proposal based on the information you provided that will outline project dates, completion process, and total investment We'll ask you to review and sign the project agreement We'll send a project invoice and request the payment minimum of 50% of the service total, that will act as a non-refundable retainer.

Turnaround time depends on the project. Standard highlight reels typically take 3–5 days, while larger campaigns may take longer. We also offer rush delivery if needed. For short-form videos, like clips from games, there is a turnaround of 24-48 hours after the event.

Yes. We primarily serve the DMV area, but we’re available for travel if the project requires it.

Ideally 3-14 days minimum before an event, but we also handle last-minute projects if our schedule allows
